近年、躍進目覚ましいフィリピンの監督・映像作家と、日本の監督・映像作家の交流イベント。世界的な評価を高めつつある30代を中心とした若手監督が、アジアで作品を作ること、アジアから世界へと発信していくことについて話し合い、ネットワークを作り、今後の共同制作やコラボレーションの礎を築く。それぞれの国で5日間の滞在中に作品を上映し、作り手やキュレーター、観客も含めて映画・映像制作や作品について議論を交わし、映画を通じた文化交流を育む。
